Need some exercise ideas for patients with RA
Swimming is great! If you don't know how to swim you can take water aerobics...most of the time you can use floatation devices in deep water, or you can even water walk! Our local Y has water aerobics especially for people with arthritis. Do you have s Y near you? There's also a workout floatation device called an " aquajogger" made especially for vigorously treading water. I have chronic pain issued and swimming is the one exercise I can always to...no impact.

If you're fainting, I think you definitely need a sit down with your doc and nut. You may need to eat small amounts more frequently or it could be a serious deficiency. Talk to your Dr ....I'm worried for you.

Operation last week and eating a lot today anyone else had this
I can definitely eat more soft foods. I try to eat "hard " protein first then veggies. I can usually only do about two oz hard protein and I'm full.
