Need some exercise ideas for patients with RA

I m in need of some advice this week when I got large-scale I lost no weight at all . I have to admit I was discouraged, even though I've lost 96lbs. This was a stressful week, my mom had open heart surgery & I was eating out of stress , grazing, you know, not hungry but always eating something. So I want to change that bad old habit into a healthier one, like doing some exercise, only I have chronic RA & fibromyalgia, so I need something that will be easy on the joints. Any suggestions will be welcome. Thank & Peace,Mary

Swimming is great! If you don't know how to swim you can take water aerobics...most of the time you can use floatation devices in deep water, or you can even water walk! Our local Y has water aerobics especially for people with arthritis. Do you have s Y near you? There's also a workout floatation device called an " aquajogger" made especially for vigorously treading water. I have chronic pain issued and swimming is the one exercise I can always to...no impact.
