  1. I eat at 7,11, and 5 everyday, no exceptions. Even if it's only a little bit, I do it to get into good eating habits. I do Protein in Vitamin Water in between. I can tell now when I need fuel...not hungry exactly, but more a body need for calories.

  3. That's so weird! My legs have started becoming more restlesss the farther out from surgery I get. Never had it before. Weird.
  4. I am sewing impaired, so I'm really impressed by this. Beautiful.
  5. Bought an xl sports bra and shirt, a swimming suit two sizes smaller, and had a massage and fit on the table with room to spare!
  6. Apple and onion stuffed pork tenderloin with Rosemary fingerling potatoes. Grilled zucchini.
  7. I would sip very slowly, and try room temp liquids. Not very palatable,perhaps, but better than dehydration.
  8. Definitely go to your surgeon and nut. Asap.

Mediterranean chicken 4 chicken breasts 1/2 c fresh basil, chopped 1/8 c fresh thyme 1 c white wine 5 cloves garlic, chopped Large can chopped tomatoes or 3 c.chopped seeded fresh tomatoes 3/4 c sliced kalamata olives Salt pepper to taste 1 tbls evoo Cut each breast into three pieces lengthwise, salt and pepper Heat oil in large skillet Brown chicken in oil until brown on all sides, remove from pan Add garlic,herbs and wine to pan, heat on medium high until alcohol is cooked off, about 3 minutes Add tomatoes and olives...simmer 10 minutes until reduced by about 1/3 Add chicken and cover. Cook about 7 minutes until chicken is no longer pink Serve with orzo or quinoa Delicious!
  10. I eat about 2 oz.of hard protein and 1 oz. Veg.
  11. Mediterranean chicken...chicken breasts, garlic,basil,thyme,white wine, tomatoes, kalamata olives with orzo. I will skip the orzo.
  12. Could we not use " gay" as a disparaging term?...that's as discriminatory as viewing fat people as second class citizens.
  13. I really urge you to use a lawyer or advocate who knows the system...I tried it on my own and nearly screwed it up. They will try to trick you into saying your able to do things...like picking up your kids. They don't care if you can do the work you were doing, only if you can do any work like telemarketing or computer work.
  14. It's amazing...fat discrimination is still so accepted. Insensitivity abounds and it's really hurtful. I would definitely make management aware.
  15. Great job on your loss! I'm down 63 lbs since 4/15/13 and have between 60- 70 lbs left.
  16. I know someone who was wheelchair bound from a stroke and got denied the first time..
  17. Get a lawyer or advocate. The regularly deny the first time.
