My husband says it's an abomination against man that I've gone from DD to a D. It cracks me up when he says that. Lol

I think my husband is mourning the loss more than I lol.
Never thought I would wear a padded push up. But a girls got to do what a girls got to do..

heck yeah my breasts are long now which is hard to buy an accurate size bra and my back/side far is soft which spills over in on the sides of my bra so right now I wear 38 g/DDD but prob could go down to 36DD but not a good looking DD cause the volume is in the bottom part of my breasts and not on the chest of u get my drift lol. I could use a lift and a tuck.

Don't give up, you're not alone our minds can be our worst enemy. When did you have surgery and how much have you lost so far? I'm 8 months out I've lost 93# my weight is stuck at 162-164 I'm often at war with my mind. I remind myself that this is not a race, if I get off track I pick myself up and start over. You got this!

thank you everyone for your encouraging words!! I still struggle with believing a& understanding that I am not who I was before. without a doubt, my surgery changed my life. so while others see it as an easy way out, I have come to the realization that it was basically my only way out! & I should never feel ashamed! im way too happy for all of that! lol
I was wearing a size 16 pre-op and im currently wearing a size 9.
I believe my height plays well into my appearance thus always making people say "you never looked that fat to begin with" "youre going to get tok skinny"
I just brush it off! im happy and most importantly im not just living, I finally feel ALIVE!!!

Congratulations on your surgery, if I were you I would take it easy start with walking nothing strenuous, pace yourself and listen to your body. I had surgery at the end of September 2013 I didn't lift weights for 6 weeks and I started doing zumba at the end of my first month. Good luck hopefully this will answer your questions.

The 1St and 2ND week after surgery I didn't have regret but more thoughts of what the hell did I just do. With that being said I am 7 months out had surgery in 9/30/13 I am down 90# something that I would have never been able to do in my own. My weight loss doesn't feel super fast but when I look at the numbers I think my God! I don't have any regrets, with that being said not everyday is a good day. Some days I don't feel well, sometimes I get tired and moody. One thing that I can say is if I had to do it over again I would! One of the best things I have ever done!

I am 10 months out and could not be happier with my decision. I have lost more that 185 pounds and just purchased SIZE 6 jeans. My results have surpassed my wildest fantasies! That said, those first weeks are really tough, or were for me. When I was able to eat it didn't feel anything like a meal. I just wanted to feel normal again. Not with junk food or eating a lot, but having a meal that looked a bit like the plate you see with the recommendations for healthy eating. It takes time, but you will get there. Stay true to your plan. You are going to love the new you!

apparently it's a piece of silicone that is applied to the new pouch it helps to keep you full and help your new pouch from stretching I've read some articles about it and have been doing research I may have that put around my pouch so I wanted to hear if anyone else knew about this or had it.

has anyone had the silastic ring applied to their pouch? it was offered to me at my preop appointment, I hadn't heard of this before so I wanted to know of anyone else had heard of this.

There are so many things, but here goes:
1) How emotional you will feel when someone says you look great, or amazing and you wonder what they thought you looked like before.
2) How much you will need to change clothes sizes, including underwear! I have spent a lot of time in Goodwill and Walmart/Target. Dont' spend alot of money on clothes at first, you won't be in them long.
3)No one can tell you how great you feel, but my doctor was right about not regretting the surgery, I haven't had one regret! I love the new me!!

Its a way to talk to people I was taught if you can't say nothing nice don't!!!!!! Say anything at all

Let me just say, that I have no clue where you got the quote or who made it. But it is only one person from what you posted. Tiny has support of quite a few people that post here that is what does count. Tiny has always been supportive and knowledgeable, but as we all know she and her children are in a very bad relationship. And all I can see is the scars that that relationship is leaving and that is my concern. Her boob job is not my concern, but if she can afford that so be it, but I would rather forget me and get my children the heck out of dodge. But whatever decision Tiny makes she has to live with it. Is there any truth in the quote you posted? I don't know. I will say there are some things that are uncalled for " your illiterate and incomprehensible post" , " idiot's". And wherever was posted was most of it accurate? There again I don't know and I don't care. It was made by one person and that one person does not make this whole forum of people who support Tiny. So Tiny is definitely supported on this forum, that is so obvious so when you say "If she is so supported" there again it is one person, so are you trying to tell me because of this One Person, Tiny doesn't have the support of the rest of us? She has my support in whatever decision she makes even though I don't agree with her logic.
Whether the person who made the remarks should be barred, well there are enough of you complaining about it that there is a good possibility it might happen.

If she is so supported... can u explain then why these nasty things would be posted in a completely different conversation that she wasn't even taking part in.... Tinymamiof3 remember this, don't let what others think about you or your situation get you down! We all have our needs and wants I would never judge you for going after what you want and forget about what some people have to say about your situation. As long as you take care of your business take care of your children and yourself then who cares. We all have problems and issues No One is perfect and people shouldn't be so judgmental! With that being said if you want to go get 10 boob jobs then good for you and if someone doesn't like it maybe they should keep their comments to themselves. I have been married for 13 years had my first child at 18 and let me tell you everyday is not a walk in the park if I put the things that I go through maybe people would be saying negative things too. This site was designed for us to be supportive of each other. I'm pretty sure not every day is a bad day in your marriage. If you are still there then that must mean that things are going ok.I wish you nothing but the best. You are always so supportive on this site, encouraging cheering people on Kudos to you.
