It's been 2 months and 11 days since surgery and I've lost a total of 60lbs. I'm down to a size 18 now. Which feels wonderful considering I wore a 24. I went through old photos and found some to compare...I never realized how huge I really was! Sheesh! Lol Here is one of my comparison pictures of my face. Can you see the difference? December of 2011 I was 333lbs. September 2013 I'm now 275lbs...and losing! Lol

Im 9 days post op, and just started my Protein Drink yesterday. .and when i drank it i got really really sick...i thought i was going to throw up..and yesterday i made it with milk so i thought maybe it was the milk, but i just made some again today with water....and same thing happened! Just not as bad because i only took 3 sips because i was scared..Is this normal? I was drinking Protein Drinks before surgery and i was just fine...maybe i just need to try a different kind. Although i hate to spend money on something i wont be able to drink..ugh

I went to my one week appointment...and I finally get to move on to pureed foods( only for one week, then soft foods) and start taking my Protein and vitamins! I also found out I lost 6lbs..so a total of 22lbs now so the freaking out i did yesterday thinking i gained was for nothing lol smh Im staying away from the scale until my next appointment in a 1 month! Lol So i came home after my appointment and ate tuna and Zucchini! It was delicious lol considering I haven't been able to eat food in awhile. ..i was nervous at first, but it all went down smooth, and stayed down! So Im a happy camper. Lol

Im a little over a month post op and today while i was going through pics on my phone, for the first time I noticed the difference! Pic on the left was from Thanksgiving 2012(333lbs) Pic on the Right is from today!(290lbs)

So im a month post op, and my boyfriend (sons father) is just 10 days post op and has lost just as much weight as i have in a month! Not to mention hes still losing and im at stall since week 2...it suuucks..just venting

Anyone have it??

It sure does say whey in the ingredients smh..Oops. I guess i was used to seeing it in huge letters on the front 100% WHEY Protein ...lol

Im FINALLY under 300lbs I haven't been under 300 since i had my first son 5 yrs ago, so this is exciting. And today i put a pair of jeans on, and man! They are way to big now! I know this is just the beginning and i already feel so blessed...blessed that i even got this opportunity to change my life for the better. How are all of you doing who had a July surgery??
