Gnc Lean Shake?

Im two weeks post op and looking for different Protein powders. I was wondering if anyone has tried GNC total lean Lean shake?? I know nothing about protein powders, but i know that the nutritionist recommends whey protein...if the lean shake doesn't say whey is it not whey? I did get a Protein Powder from walmart and it made me extremely sick! And that was whey protein...I dont know i guess im trying to figure out if the Gnc lean shake is ok to drink?

In the ingredients it says whey

Something you might want to try before drinking your shakes is papaya enzymes. I like the ones from Walmart. I take 3 of them about 15-20 mins before drinking my shake. They seem to help me with digesting shakes.
