1. Dang you guys lost A lot of weight fast! Wonder what my deal is... Ugh. If only I could get under 200...
2. That's 45lbs in your first month?! That's basically where I'm at now and I'm a little over 3 months out! That's crazy I think I'm not getting my Protein like I should, I'm gonna try
3. I was curious about how much weight people have lost 3 months post op from their SURGERY weight.... I've only lost 48lbs since surgery, but 69 lbs all together. I feel like I'm not losing like I should.
4. So Ill be 3 months post op this month on the 18th and for the past week I've started feeling fat again..(I say that since that's the only way I can describe it, Im not feeling like I did right after surgery losing the weight) I feel like I look like I did 62lbs ago. I know I don't but I'm having that feeling all of a sudden and don't know why. Has this happened to anyone else?

6. It's been 2 months and 11 days since surgery and I've lost a total of 60lbs. I'm down to a size 18 now. Which feels wonderful considering I wore a 24. I went through old photos and found some to compare...I never realized how huge I really was! Sheesh! Lol Here is one of my comparison pictures of my face. Can you see the difference? December of 2011 I was 333lbs. September 2013 I'm now 275lbs...and losing! Lol SW:333lbs, SD:07/18/13, CW:275lbs, Height:5'8
7. Just curious about the depo because my cousin gained a lot of weight on that...and Im wanting to get an IUD, but after i had my 2nd son three yrs ago via csection, i tried 3 times to get an IUD and they couldn't get it in..something about my uterus or something being tilted, i dont know. But they got it in once and said theres a high chance of it coming out, so she just took it out. I think trying to get an IUD was the worst pain ive ever felt lol...considering ive never went into labor with either of my kids.
8. The depo shot doesnt make you gain weight at all??
9. Omg...i thought it was just me! I swear I can taste the soap on some of the dishes i eat off...or if its a plastic plate i feel like i taste the plastic..lol I tried to explain it to my mom and she just thought i was crazy lol
10. Mine is still the same..It came when it was supposed to after surgery. I can say the first two days are a little heavier than they used to be, but then again Ive always had light periods..
11. Although my surgeon didnt give me a set amount to lose...I just felt the more weight I lost the easier and smoother my surgery would go. And good thing I did lose 20lbs, on my surgery day my surgeon came in..looked and felt on my belly and said "oh this is going to be easy, you have a small belly" lmao I was thinking..geese! Me? A small belly?! Lol thought it was funny.. that was the first lol
12. My surgeon never told me to lose any weight..my highest was 333 when i went in for Surgery i was 312..so i did end up losing 21 lbs...and that was just on my pre op diet...just depends on your surgeon.
13. Im a little over a month post op and today while i was going through pics on my phone, for the first time I noticed the difference! Pic on the left was from Thanksgiving 2012(333lbs) Pic on the Right is from today!(290lbs)
14. Yeah thats what i wanted the app for...everything else but the calories lol. Ill just see what my doc says though..just so i know for sure.
15. My boyfriend and I walked a mile this evening...without the kids! Lol it was so nice outside finally. Earlier today i did some squats as well. One month post op and starting to feel like i have a little more energy than i did 41lbs ago. Thats a plus.
16. I just did my first food log on my fitness pal today and it said I ate 640 calories today. Should i even be counting calories at this point being a month post op? Ive been at a stall since week 2 so i wanted to see how much i was eating and how much protein and everything else i was getting. Im getting 68g of protein btw...that app is saying i should eat 1640 calories or something like that...but even when i was pre op my nut said 1200 no more than 1400..if i remember correctly. ..
17. Its weird with me..at first i had no issues with food..never got sick or had a tummy ache until i wasnt able to use the bathroom..then after that food hurts my stomach...blahhh
