Feeling Fat Again

So Ill be 3 months post op this month on the 18th and for the past week I've started feeling fat again..(I say that since that's the only way I can describe it, Im not feeling like I did right after surgery losing the weight) I feel like I look like I did 62lbs ago. I know I don't but I'm having that feeling all of a sudden and don't know why. Has this happened to anyone else?

Honestly, I have never felt fatter in the past couple of weeks. I think it's just our brain can't catch up with what our body is going through. I catch myself seeing my reflection and just think that can't be me, I'm not that small. Eventually I think it will but such a strange feeling.

I can relate. I'm almost 4 mos. out and down 60 lbs., but I didn't do the best on my eating this week. It's conference week at school and I've worked about 70-75 hrs. this week. That brought on snacking which I had been doing great on. It didn't help that my husband made homemade pumpkin granola and I'm due to start my period any day. I think the snacking brought back those feelings. I've felt like a failure the last 4-5 days. Happy to say I got somewhat back on track yesterday. I stuck to Protein and did no snacking. Unfortunately, I got the foamies after dinner and couldn't finish my day with my intended Protein shake. Calorie count for the day was under 500, which is too low.
