Feeling Fat Again

So Ill be 3 months post op this month on the 18th and for the past week I've started feeling fat again..(I say that since that's the only way I can describe it, Im not feeling like I did right after surgery losing the weight) I feel like I look like I did 62lbs ago. I know I don't but I'm having that feeling all of a sudden and don't know why. Has this happened to anyone else?

Your mind hasn't caught up with your weightloss! It will take time for you to see it! For the longest time I only saw it in pics, but now I can see it in the mirror!

It's weird though because I did see it and notice the change in my body, but for some reason for the past week I've just been feeling so fat like I've gained weight.. even though I haven't! I've actually lost 3lbs lol I don't know what my deal is lately..
