1. Thank you and I've heard that before from some people and it makes me feel even smaller!
2. So I'm only a little over 3 months out and I am amazed at how my hard work in the gym and dedication to eating correctly has rewarded me. Although I still have a longgggg way to go I wanted to share with you guys my excitement.
3. That looks soo good! I will have to get that recipe when I'm able to have carbs.
4. Greensboro here! My surgery was 5/20/13. Where are you from?
5. Welcome and congrats on your weight loss so far! I agree with you wholeheartedly this this is the best decision I've made.
6. Well I'm sorry to hear that you are going to have to have a feeding tube. You look good though. I started out at 318 and im wondering just how much loose skin I will have. Do you have any?
7. How far out are you because you look great! And what was your surgery weight and when was your surgery?
8. Hi everyone I'm checking in as well... SW 318 (5/20) and CW 245! I hope everyone else is where they want to be in this journey so far.
9. Don't know much about alcohol but I too wanted to try some wine...I thought they actually made healthy ones specifically for dieters?
10. I love it as well. It is all I do other then weights. It makes me feel like im a runner but let me try and get on the track the results would not be the same.
11. I have never craved watermelon...until now! Looks sooo good.
12. Maybe it could be how the chicken was cooked....grease that was high in fat. But man I would love some of Chinese food...the next time you get Chinese food you can ask them to fix it for you a certain way and most places will. Like if you want to add or take away something.
13. Thank you and I too work in retail and on my feet all day. My energy level is soooo much better. Good look as you continue on!
14. That is great! I started out at the same weight as you did. How tall are you and what do yoy do for exercise? Also I have really wide feet but I love heels and I was wondering if your feet had shrunk (if they were wide)?
15. HW 338 SW 318 (5/20/13) CW 256 God is good! All the time.
16. Everyone looks great and Kristy you have been my inspiration from the start.
17. Sounds fun! Its rainy here, the perfect sleeping weather.
18. I'm glad to see that so many of us are doing well and that even though we have all lost different amounts of weight we are all pleased with our results so far. At my very first pre op appointment I weighted 338lbs which was my highest. The day of surgery I weighted 318. As of today I'm 256! The lowest I've ever been is 250 so thats my 1st goal but definitely not the last. This is the best decision I've ever made and everyday I hold my head up high and I am proud to be an rny patient.
