2. That's exactly how I feel. Thank you for responding even though I know I'm not the only one it feels good to hear others say it. hw 338 sw 318 (5/20/13) cw 210
3. So I'm 5 months out and down 110lbs, but lately I've been eating little things here and there that for the first 4 1/2 months I was afraid to touch. Now granted it's not no where near what I use to eat but its just the fact that I'm allowing myself this one little bite here and one little bite there. I logged my food and work out 5 times a week but the point is that I just want to continue to learn self control and willpower. Am I being to hard on myself? I mean I'm not pigging out but I feel like a pig afterwards. Anyways I just wanted to share that to see if its just me? And surly this process is now 100% easy right? I feel like its been easy up until now when I have my options. Can anyone else relate? What about people further out the me? hw 338 sw 318 (5/20/13) cw 210

6. First I asked my surgeon before I drank anything, after he said it was fine and for only a small amount is when I tried anything. Also I was 4 months out and I got very tipsy so please be careful and make sure you are around someone you trust.
7. Good luck! I live in Greensboro and mine was 5/20/13. I also went to school at wcu near there and would always travel there to go to your mall.

9. You are absolutely right! Although speaking for myself there's a lot of things I used to do that I can't do now:)
10. I totally understand. I'm not sure if this is the time when we began feeling or thinking we are hungry. My biggest thing is eating a little too much or late night snacking. Like for example I just came home from work and ate some food now I'm gonna have to stay up for at least 3 hours and make sure I go to the gym tomorrow just to make myself feel better.
11. Just wanted to check in and say hello and i hope everyone is doing well. I cannot believe that we are almost 6 months out! HW 338 SW 318(5/20/13) CW 210

14. Congrats and good luck. Have you started your diet yet? Is it for 2 wks?
15. Hi and welcome! I live in Greensboro and I had my surgery 5/20/13. Please share any advice from your personal experiences that will help long term. What are your plans in order to lose another 70lbs?
