A few months before surgey

Last week

Highest weight 320. Surgery weight 315. Current weight 210.

Down 110 in 6 months ill take it yay!!!

That is great! I started out at the same weight as you did. How tall are you and what do yoy do for exercise? Also I have really wide feet but I love heels and I was wondering if your feet had shrunk (if they were wide)?

I am 5'4 and my feet have shrunk but they weren't really that wide to begin with. And I work out 3 days a week. Elliptical and weight training seems to really be what works best for me. I work in retail and I'm on my feet all day and that keeps my energy moving

Great! Job! Congrats in your loss so inspiring preop still clear for surgery waiting for my secind consult with the surgeon freaking out already but seeing you and the others progress makes me keep going with a positive attitude that it will be worth it hope ill have good results just as you and the others thanks for the inspiration! My best wishes! :)
