  1. Oh no hope its not a stone. I know its hard to do because you are a mom but try and take it easy. And hurry and get better.
  2. Sorry about your rib but congratz on your loss!
  3. So tonight I bought the toasted coconut vanilla greek yogurt and the pb2 to add with my unjury choc splendor its ok but I think next time I will do just 1 tbsp of the pb2 instead of 2. In the morning I will try the yogurt. I looked at the frozen yogurt but I was just too afraid of the amount of carbs. I think I will talk to my nut first.
  4. And glad you broke your stall!
  5. I stalled last week and tried my best not to freak out. I continued to work out but increased my water intake just in case it was water weight because since being put on soft foods I have struggled with my water. It seemed to help because now I've lost 5 lbs. My surgery was May 20th. Hopes this helps.
  6. Thanks that's a good list!
  7. Fixed an omelet with chicken, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese was delicious but man my lips were burning so I had to dab them with cold paper towel.
  8. Goodnight ladies and Dorian I hope you have a brighter day tomorrow!
  9. Wow both you guys look so good and younger!
