ok so I cant wee the last pages of the conversations on either my kindle or my phone yet but can here. I have also sent out an email to change my password before the temporary one doesn't work. I hope they get this all fixed soon cuz I really miss seeing what everyone is up to! I have my back surgery on Monday! Am extremely nervous and anxious but this is why I had RNY in the first place so this has been a HUGE success for me! Weighed in at 217 today which is 123lbs down from high and 86lbs down from 4-22 surgery. UNBELIEVEABLE!!

I tell ya, we are CRAZY! ♥♥ Love ya all!- April 2013 Post-Op Group
This is very neat! Saved to my phone so I can refer to it often. Ive always wondered what cravi gs meant that I was missing. Right after surgery I was craving pickles like crazy and I was never a pickle eater. A vetern rny'er asked me if I was taking my vitamins which I had forgotten all about!! I was missing potassium. Very helpful; thanks!- coffee drinkers
I drink a cup of regular every morning. That is the only caffeine I do.- April 2013 Post-Op Group

I took it before surgery but my pcp would only give me a months script. I lost 27 on it and another 13 on my own before surgery.- Insecurities
I know right??!! My hubby likes how they are so soft and squishy now instead of hard. Men! In fact everything is soft and squishy!- What ya eating tonight?
Nothing better than WI in winter! Love it!- How about some NSVs!?!?
I did get another brand at goodwill the other day that fit great too but dont remember the name. For 2.99 who cares!- April 2013 Post-Op Group
Never never try to mess with anti depressants cold turkey or without dr supervision! It can do crazy things to you. If I miss the one I'm on even one dose, I get the crazy swishing sound in my head and i cant stand it. Cant imagine what would happen if I tried to quit. It is nice to know that im not the only one who suffers from this crap! Maybe we should start a "crazy april group". It's not fun to feel these things. I hope you keep getting better my friend! Best wishes!- April 2013 Post-Op Group

I would talk to someone too. I couldnt physically do that! Im 6 months out and a 5oz yogurt makes me stuffed! Something doesnt seem right if you can do 14 oz. Keep us posted.- Dumping
I have dumped only once in 6+ months and it was the late dumping. It happened on Raisin Bran cereal. I grabbed the crunch variety instead of the other box which had less sugar. I only ate a small portion for the fiber. About 2.5 hours later I got dizzy, light headed, and my pulse and heart was going like crazy. I also was sweating profusely. It lasted about 30 minutes and was horrible! I will never make a mistake again and watch sugar and carbs very carefully! Im including a link that is very helpful in explaining the difference between the two types of dumping and their symptoms. Good luck! http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/dumping-syndrome/DS00715/DSECTION=symptoms- June Post Ops!
