  2. Yes she is superwoman! We are doing a Christmas brunch at home too since our big family Christmas with the parents and siblings is on the 28th this year. Egg bake and stuffed french toast for everyone else. Sounds delish! How about them Packers! just about had a heart attack!

  9. Yikes. You have had a tough time. Hope you are feeling better. Recovery is going good. I had some bad leg pain but it is getting better I think. Just seem to have to pain at night but am able to get out of the house now! See the surgeon in early January for the next step which I assume is therapy!
  10. I think that sometimes too and then I loose. Today I was at 210! But I was also sick last night and puked 4 timez! 11 more pounds to onederland! Can't believe it!

  15. Hurting from surgery pain? Try a heating pad if your Dr allows. It can be soothing. You can also use pillows to prop yourself good. May take the pressure off the sore areas. Good luck! Not sleeping is not fun.
  16. I agree with you 100%! The tact could be better but the message was and is accurate! I wish everyone would calm down on the hating and just read the messages cuz they are true and I believe well meaning! Good for you and hope this helps get you back on track and losing that weight!
  17. Great job so far! Keep it up! My high was 340 and now 8 months post op I'm at 212! Hope that gives you something to look forward too!

  19. Happy Wednesday all. Thought I'd share two of my mew favorite things. The granola I add to my yogurt for a little crunch. Low carb and low sugar with 6 gr protein. The protein powder is mocha cappuccino. I just got it yesterday and it seriously has ZERO protein taste. Kinda like chocolate milk. Yummy. It is super duper cold here and getting colder. Wind chills of -25+ below tonight. I honestly don't know how hockeymumzie does it! [ATTACH]38402[/ATTACH]
