I had to post this because I am so excited. I have been in the obese category for a long time but I am 191 today officially based on my BMI I am no longer obese just overweight! I will take it!

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I've checked in but today is my one year anniversary since surgery and I wanted to share
Starting weight feb 10, 2012 265lbs, size 22 clothes
Today: 143 lbs, size 6/8 and feeling great!!

Tonight I had to go to a party and I'm seeing a lot of people for the 1st time since my surgery. They were freaking. Couldn't believe how good I looked and how small my face is which is def the biggest change

How on earth are you getting 800-1000 calories in? I can barely get 600-700 especially trying to get all my Fluid in.

Today I officially hit 60 pounds gone. My highest weight was 291 before surgery and today was 231. Still making progress, slowly with about 1/2 pound per day.

She si so right!! My first 3 weeks I wanted to die and I regreted the sx. Then all the sudden I was doing well. It was like overnight and I have not regreted it since. I encourage people to join myfitnesspal.com and friend others from this website. You will be able to view what others eat and experience the full journey will support from both sights. I am honest on mine and sometimes I make bad decisions but other suport me on there and give me ideas that help me to make better choices. Good luck.
Look for the post in the excersice forum that says myfitnesspal.com and you will find a bunch of users that would love to suport you! mine kristurney.
