I'm almost 4 mo out and I'm still very careful with salad. Mainly because I want to not waist the room in my tummy with non nutritious food but also because I try to chew my food really well, and well lettuce does not taste well all chewed up
I read that bad breath can be cause by the lack of carbs in your diet, it's common among atkin dieters. I make sure to get a small amount of carbs in my diet, potatoes, corn tortilla, whole wheat bread but only a couple times a week and very small portions and it was all I needed.
Hang in there guys! The first month really is the worst but please belive me when I say it gets better. I'm three months out and I'm starting to feel normal! It was hard to feel full at first also but just don't eat more than the 1/3 cup. Some food makes u feel full faster than others. I used to look so foward to my transition weeks it was all I could talk about, now I just look forward to trying on a new shirt in the new stores I can shop at. I know it's hard but keep looking forward its worth it!!!
Don't give up, it's for a good purpose, it's time for your body to catch up with your numbers. I just went through the same thing. 3 weeks with no weight lose but in the last two days I have had more people notice my weight loss than ever before. Your losing inches, promise!
Omg thanks for your questions and answer! I'm 9 weeks out and have an iud also and was asking my follow up nurse about this today and she said she didn't know what to tell me other than go to my obyn. I feel so much better now with hope of it going away again!
