I pooped!!! Lol. I was starting to wonder when that was going to happen. Especially while on Clear Liquids. What a pleasant surprise. I feel so much better now. I haven't been walking as much but now that I'm a little "lighter" I feel like I can move all day. It's the little things...
Oh, yeah and 8lbs down since surg Thursday, 11/29.

I'm able to move onto mushy foods tomorrow. I am so scared to. I don't want to get stuck, sick, bust anything....although, I'm excited to move onto something other than broth and jello! What was your first mushy food? I'm looking forward to refried Beans with cheese....oh and yogurt, for some reason!

For the folks that have already had the surgery.....Does anyone's stomach "talk"...I mean like growl and make all kinds of loud noises? Mine goes crazy! For long periods of time...

I am a week and 2 days post op today. Follow up appt went well and I am returning to work tonight feeling great!!!!

I'm now on the bench! My surgery was a little over 3 hours, due to the removal of the lapband and scar tissue. I am now sipping on my blue apple juice....and its wonderful! I'm so much better today than yesterday. I was really tired and nauseous from the pain meds. Yuck! To everyone today, best of wishes...you're gonna be just fine! It's all worth it in the end.

My surgery is Nov. 26. I've been on the liquid diet since last Monday. I just got into a pair of jeans I haven't worn in months! It makes me so excited and ready for the rest of this journey.

My nerves are a mess today.....my last day of real food before my liquid diet starts tomorrow.....I feel like a heroin addict that's about to go to rehab......I guess my liquid diet is like my detox......feeling so overwhelmed with different emotions!

I'm in my room. Gas pains and I'm nauseated. Order than that I seem ok

We might be the ones pushing to get to the front of the group photo next Christmas instead of trying to hide behind somebody..
