I am almost 6 months post op and it has happened to me several times through out. I find if I change up what I am eating and increase my protein it gives me a jump start and I start losing again. Make sure you are getting enough calories. Don't let your body go into starvation mode. Good luck!!!

Nov 12 surgery weight 248.6. Feb 9 weigh in 193.4!!!! Down from size 22 to 16.

I had my 6 week post op visit yesterday. Surgery was Nov 12. Dos wt 248.6. 6week post op weight 207.8.

I am in Pensacola also. I am 2 weeks post op and doing great. I went back to work. Wednesday and I have taken pain meds once since coming home and that was after traveling for 3 1/2 hours for Thanksgiving. I hope everything goes well for you. Who is your surgeon?

I am a week and 2 days post op today. Follow up appt went well and I am returning to work tonight feeling great!!!!

My first appt was August 30. Surgery was November 12. I am home and feel great.

I am one day post op and doing great. Mild pain. Just sore. Nothing unbearable. I have been up walking today. And feel great!!!!

I will keep you posted on how I am doing. He has been wonderful so far as well as his staff, but I am still nervous. Good luck with your surgery also

Me too Dawn I am leaving the house now for 7 am surgery this morning. When is your surgery?

My surgery is the 12th and I started liquids on the 7th....I fixed a small thanksgiving dinner last Sunday for my hubby and kids still at home. They will all have thanksgiving on Saturday after my surgery so maybe having done that I want feel like I have missed out on so much. Good luck to all of you it will all be worth it.

Congrats.....my surgery is Monday and I have been doing liquids since Wednesday. You will do great!!

I start my liquid diet in Nov 7..... Surgery Nov 12.I just have to keep telling my self I can do this an it will be so worth it.
