OMG I am facing major head hunger today on this pre-op liquid diet I feel like I'm STARVING.... Gerrr I must not cheat I must not cheat

Post op appointment went well now on puréed yum yum.

We might be the ones pushing to get to the front of the group photo next Christmas instead of trying to hide behind somebody..

I'm doing great! Super excited for the 26th! I was so sick yesterday and last night but I think it was a 24 hour bug. I feel much better this morning. I hope I can keep this positive attitude up all the way till they wheel me into the OR!

I found this posting from someone who got Implanon after she had bypass just because it was more effective for you. She was on thinnertimes.com.

Hey kauaigirl. I'm on day omgilostcountitsbeensolong preop diet and have fallen off the horsey damnit. But seriously have been on preop diet for 4 weeks now. Lost 20 pounds. Put 2 back on cos I wasn't careful. But head hungry all the time... 10 sleeps to go!!!!!

Hi guys! I'm seven hours out from my surgery and I'm surprised how fine I am. I'm starved and thirsty but I've decided this is the best thing for me. I'm so tired of fighting the weight battle with no real success. I pray this tool will help me like it has with so many others.

OMG.... Today was my last day to eat anything I wanted before my 2 week liquid diet starts tomorrow and I wasn't really hungry go figure lol I had french vanilla coffee with whipped cream for Breakfast, a corndog with a few chili cheese fries for lunch, and I had no clue what I wanted for dinner so I let my kiddos pick so it was off to mcdonald's for a big mac meal for mommy and a happy meal for my boys what a great way to spend the day with the guys that mean the most to me in my life

I'm an emotional wreck tonight. Everyone posting such nice things, makes me cry...I'm so glad I'm part of this November group! You all are awesome! I'm so glad everyone is doing well that has already gone through the surgery....and everyone yet to come...good things await us!

Well to all my November surgery buddies, I'm a week and two days out, very little pain, lots of Fluid and soft food doing well. I got on the scale tonight and have lost an amazing 22.4lbs already. OMG!! So excited

Jessi. I agree. Mines tomorrow and so afraid of failing. I'm scared but this board has helped me sooo much. I know what can happen and so much info the dr don't tell you. Thanks all!!

Yesterday was my 30 day point since surgery and I am down 30 lbs. 61 lbs down since my journey started in April. I am so happy! WLS has it's ups and downs, but it's all gonna be worth it in the end, in my opinion anyways.

I just got the call... surgery is at 12:15 and I have to be at the hospital by 10:15 on Monday. UGH I just got really nervous.
