  7. Dont feel bad i had surgery and have stalled for a week... Im sure you havent stopped losing.... Its fustrating but im sure you will start losing again.... I feel same exact way....
  8. Yes i had surgery in oct, and my face looks terrible!! I have never had so many pimples in my life!!!

  10. I completely understand that your suppose to change your diet for life, however i think its a balancing act. Chocolate, cookies, junk food and all around "bad" food will be around forever... We all have to learn to have our recommended amount of protein, drink our water, exercise and within moderation ( only on special occasions) have a "bad" snack, i personally think its unrealistic to forever give up "bad" food. I think if i do that one day ill snap and just go back o my terrible old ways.... We are all just human....this is just my personal opinion ... If you do not agree i understand, just don't attack my personal way of thinking.....
  11. I do not regret my decision, i had surgery in october and have lost 40lbs since.... I had to do what was best for me, sometimes in life you have to be selfish. if i would have listened to my husband i would still be obese and unhappy.... Listen to your heart, you do not want to have regrets later in life......

  23. I had surgery on oct 3rd.... Trust me your body is trying to cope with the major surgery you had, you will soon start losing.... Give your body time.... Same thing happened to me .....
