I used it immediately after surgery, i demanded it at the hospital and i felt soooo much better once i put it on.... I felt like it was holding everything in place and it helped alleviate alot of pain....

I have protein shake at 7:30am Lunch at 12pm Snack/ fruit at 4pm Dinner at 6pm

Thats the reason i didn't tell anyone because i cannot deal with negativity.....everyone also told me i wasn't big enough, suddenly people keep saying how much better i look.... You cannot please everyone...

I wore a stomach binder the day after surgery.... A week later i wore shapewear with no problem....

I am also 4 months out today, i started at a tight 24w and 2xl in tops, now i am a size 14/12, and large in tops ...
