A bite of heaven...

Best snack/meal ever. 2 cups plain Greek yogurt. 1 package of cheesecake sugar free pudding. Mix together. Make 4 1/2 cup servings. Top with 1/2 tbs of gram cracker crumbs

Wow that sounds yummy!!!! Great combo....

Ok I am at work today, my first full day back. I was trying to think of something to eat for lunch. I have had a really hard time with food. I saw this post and thought ok I will try that. The lowest amount of sugar I found in non fat plain Greek yogurt is still 7g per serving. Most were 18+. Is that about right or is there a sugar free/fat free Greek yogurt?

You want non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Remember. Look at the serving size. The one I have is 8oz (a cup) and you are dividing it into (4oz) 1/2 cup portions, so you are only getting 1/2 the amount of sugar that's in a serving.

Bought sf jello cheesecake pudding today. Yum!

Is the sf pudding a mix or in a cup?

The box of mix just pour it in and mix it up. I tried it today pretty good
