  1. Thanks!! It looks bug cuz I didn't have the bottom two buttoned. It's a bit snug and you can see my roll with them all done. I want to wear it for the holidays so I figure by then ill be able to do it. Lol!
  2. Got this peacoat today at the goodwill for $7!! And it's a size 16!! Had to share! I haven't been a 16 since highschool!
  3. I eat alot of seafood. shrimp, talipia, salmon, lobster, crab legs. yum!! also nuts, cheese, yogurt, beans, tofu (I have not tried tofu).
  4. I'm a little over 3 months out and get 550-950 calories and 50-75g protein a day.

  6. The first pic is the hubby and I 2 weeks before surgery. The second is me and my son just before my 3 month mark. I cant believe the changes that have happened already! Im feeling great and cant wait for what the next months will bring.
  7. my doc said two weeks with lap rny. we waited 6 days. and it does get better the more you lose!!
  8. Im having the same problem! I was walking 2 miles a day for the first few weeks post op and since Ive come back to work its very sparse and minimal. I need to get moving! Im losing great and I know it would be even better if I got off my ass and moved. I have been talking about joining a zumba class for a while, and now that this has come up, I may do just that on friday. Glad to know Im not the only lazy butt on this losers bench. lol!

  10. I chose RNY because of its restiction for life and rapid weight loss. I feel like I need that side effect of getting sick if I eat the wrong things. It will keep me in check for life. I also chose it because they dont take anything out and it can be reversed if you end up with problems.

  12. I was told if we want to stay in ketosis that we should have less than 50 carbs a day. I an 2 1/2 months out and average 30 carbs a day
  13. Hi and welcome! I had surgery end of July and have lost 31 since that day. 62 total. I lost 20 the first month post op and now 1-3 lbs a week. Ur doing awesome!!

  17. i agree! i didnt like any chewable calcium. i take 2 citrical tabs a day. they are at target or any pharmacy. $15 for 180 tabs. dont waste your $$ at GNC!
  18. i use jergens skin firming lotion all over every day. im sure i will have loose skin and need plastics but anything helps.
