    Any Born Again Christians?

I am a pastor - and had weight loss surgery. While I don't share the how - I do share the weight loss. It made me healthy again. The question of how does faith interfere with the decision process to me is like asking a cancer patient if they are gonna do chemo if they are a christian. What does that have to do with it?
  3. Your 17 year old lends you his hoodie because you're too cold and its big on you...
  4. 3-5 lbs per week is normal.
  5. Depends on how it affects you. A bite won't hurt you even if you dump most of the time. But it's almost a year away.

Foods that make you barf! Literally.

For me its sandwiches. I am over two years out. Gluten free- but it can only eat about 1/2 of one. More and I'm in trouble. Nothing else bothers me.

Gluten Intolerant and Sleeve, Anyone have and advice?

I don't think this is quite right. Corn does not affect gluten intolerant people. It is still often genetically modified, But that is a different problem. I am gluten intolerant and corn has never bothered me or my gluten intolerant friends.
  10. I didn't. Still don't. I don't regret it.

Sounds like what they did in Detroit.

    Had pancakes for breakfast

You might want to try sugar free syrup - tastes similar and will minimize your possibility of dumping

    Dr. Joya

The stalls are normal you just have to stay with the plan. After the first few months the weight loss really slows. I am almost two years out. I now weigh 149. The last year I have only lost 11 lbs. But that's ok. It's still going down.
