  4. make sure you not only check on the multivitamin, but the B12, Iron, etc. too....
  5. kloveburd, my insurance will actually pay for them if my PCP or surgeon writes a prescription for them with an accepted diagnosis on the prescription Might be worth researching....

  8. I found this tidbit to your question on how much Protein it may contain: 7.5 samples equals the protein in a glass of milk. That would keep someone rather busy obtaining samples, and would probably require more than one source. Volunteers should be relatively easy to find however, making semen an excellent choice for a protein source alternative. LOL, cute....
  9. Babygirl, is that what time frame your surgeon advised? Mine told me 4 weeks. I would think so your stomach muscles wouldn't hurt or tire out so soon....

  12. I was told briefly by my surgeon at my first visit that I couldn't for 4 weeks after surgery. I didn't ask why, but will at my next appointment. I am only beginning my journey.....
  13. Hi everyone! I'm new here and having surgery in November! If you have IBS, did pretty much the same food triggers bother you after surgery? Just trying to get my information ahead of time. Some of my triggers are broccoli, mushrooms, coffee on an empty stomach. Thanks!
  14. Yeah, I agree! And I am NOT happy being over weight and so unhealthy! My ambition isn't so much to be slim, that's a major plus... but to get off my blood pressure and high cholesterol meds and the CPAP machine - to live longer!
  15. I do know he left a note and he was found in his garage in the car with the motor running.....
