  6. Umn bad idea for the pain med only when you can't take it any longer, you need to be comfortable while recovering. Waiting until your in pain to take the meds umn no no. I'm a registered nurse and people wait to long to take meds then can't control there pain and come in to ER, trust me I know I work in a ER.

  8. It's that way for awhile the decreaed calorie intake, major surgery. I didn't feel like myself for a good 2 months if not longer. Just take it easy until ya feel like yourself, body's way of telling ya to relax.

  11. I am almost 6 months out and can enjoy food again, I know how you guys feel though I felt the same way. Eating for the first few months seems like a chore and just isn't what it used to be which is a good thing. It will get better I promise just focus on healing and making good choices. You soon find what ya can and cant tolerate, which is different for everyone.

  17. I went with the band first and lost maybe 10 pounds I knew I should of went with bypass after my second seminar with my current bypass doctor, the band I think isn't worth the time by personal experience.
