  1. Glad you found something. I love the Syntrax chocolate truffle.
  2. Boredom eating is my worst problem!!!! I'm pretty good all day then I start and pick. Few crackers, SF fudgecicle, cheese, etc. ugh. I need to go work out instead.
  3. Everyone had to find a way to deal with the addiction. I watched my hubby eat for a week like the dogs do. Lol but it helped me realize how much I ate. Have the time I kept up with him. Not good. There are a lot of healthy food options out there. Do your research and take it day by day. Good luck!
  4. You look good! Cute top! :-)
  5. I agree. I didn't have a lot if pain and was still on meds at that point. Plus even riding in the car the first week can hurt. Can they take the bus for a few days?
  6. Oh yes!! I'm 8 weeks out and still periodically taking milk of magnesia and two stool softeners a day. Ugh.
  7. Ugh at least it is over. Feel better!
  8. I use bariatric pantry and I bought a bunch of samples. They ship quick. Unjury too.
  9. Cake batter? Why in my mind is that more appealing then in reality? Lol Sky, I wish I could share. :-)
  10. I stalled at three weeks too. I was so frustrated. And I also gain every PMS cycle. So the scale was up a pound today. It is really frustrating but I am trying not to get upset. We can do this!!
  11. WHOO HOO You should feel a lot better now!
  12. OK maybe next time I go. If I don't like these, someone is going to buy them off of me.
  13. It is such a great feeling! Congrats
  14. Is there anywhere you can buy just one of these or a small pack? I have a hard time with premix shakes and I am scared to buy a case of them. The website says walmart but I have yet to find them there.
  15. I've noticed it kinda hurts when hubby hugs me. Less padding on my ribs. It's weird I've only lost about 32 pounds. Certainly a long way to go.
  16. There were days I would just cry after surgery. Now I'm 8 weeks today and I'm not crying but can get cranky pretty quick esp around PMS time. Hang in there. It does get better.
  17. Thank goodness I'm past the smell stage, I hope. I had about a teaspoon or so of peanut butter yesterday. It settle fine but don't think I'd have more.
  18. Wow awesome!!!! Gives me hope!
  19. I started decaf about a month out with Splenda and SF coffee mate creamer. I can drink about half a cup.
  20. Ugh! I'm so sorry! Wish I could help you feel better. :-(. It kinda sounds like and ulcer or did you possibly reinjure something? When I was about two weeks out I did something getting out of my jeep and it hurt like you are describing. Glad you are seeing the doc soon.
