Yes and I am not a big sweet eater either!! Just grab a protein shake they help

See, I was a horrible half a cake to myself sweet eater... And since surgery, the thought of sweets turns my stomach. I crave salty and crunchy!

I don't think there is anything that turns my stomach yet except for certain smells; I wish there was! Friday my hubby smelled of the fire he made in our fire pit to get rid of misc wood and newspapers, (he & my daughter showered for me but it was in my nose) and then the smell of tacos @ my MIL's house yesterday. I had to go in the back bedroom to avoid it. If my family is cooking, I usually go upstairs to my room.

I hear you certain Smells get to me also, and some food today I tried Almond Butter!!! Big Mistake!! I was sick for a good 2 hours!! My mom was making Pozole made w/ Pigs Feet that killed me!! Lol I think we all have something! Lol :/

Thank goodness I'm past the smell stage, I hope. I had about a teaspoon or so of peanut butter yesterday. It settle fine but don't think I'd have more.
