  1. Hey guys :-) I had RNY on Jan.28th and as far as my diet goes I wasn't doing too great. Solids don't sit too well with me so I'm still eating puréed and soft foods such as yogurt, pudding, mashed potatoes, tuna etc. The problem is once I eat, I feel great, pouch is satisfied. But 2.5-3 hours later, my pouch feels empty and I have painful cramps and I get real nauseous. So I'll drink some Water to no relief and then need to eat again. My question is...do I realistically need to eat something every 3 hours for the rest of my life to avoid this? And why does it hurt so bad when my pouch is empty? Thanks in advance for and advice given SD:1/28/13 HW:358 SW:338 CW:299

  16. I've had Wendy's chili and KFC mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn't need to purée the chili tho. Just chewed thoroughly. I'll admit that maybe the mash isn't a great choice (120 cal for individual container and a lot of carbs) but they both went down fine with no problems. SD:1/28/13 HW:358 SW:338 CW:302
