Size12 jeans!!!!

I went for my 6wks check up today. I was released with no food/exercise restrictions. Common sense does play a part in it though. Lol

ok. Get a piece foil. Spray it with Pam. Put the fish on foil. Oven preheated to 400. Cover the fish in salsa (any kind you like). Fold the foil over the fish creating a tent and seal it well so it can steam. bake for 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Its yummy!! Made it yesterday.

I HAVE SPENT A FORTUNE ON nectar Protein AND Unjury PROTEIN AND SUNKIST PROTEIN - ALL OF WHICH SEEMED FINE IN THE BEGINNING, BUT I NOW NEED TO SAY.... Protein Drinks AND SUCH MAKE ME SICK !!! THANKS FOR LETTING ME VENT..

I think from the surgery or the stress of the surgery - it brought my period on early the 2nd after surgery. . It was horrible having surgery pain and menstral cramp pain.

Thank you all for responding. This was really worrying me. I'm so happy I found this app. It's nice to know I'm not alone.

This is me right when I started my journey November 2011 328 pounds

Here is me on the day of surery at 215lbs (I started the program at 231lbs)
And on the bottom is me last Sunday at 189 lbs (i'm on the left)... As you can see, fce is much thinner, I have curves and my stomach is flatter!

Started my pre-op diet Friday and since then I've lost 9 pounds I can't believe it lol I was 255 pounds on Friday and as of today I weigh 246 pounds I have 8 days left of the diet which means tomorrow I'll be exactly half way WOOHOO so I have 9 days until surgery

Well finally finished all requirements for my insurance and then only took 48 hours for approval got my date today August 22nd is the start to my new lease on life

Here is me! I made it out just fine. The pain is pretty real but I'm not a hypocrit so advocating for myself lol the pain meds are goooooood. Ohhh and I was down to 284 when I weighed in this am thanks again for all the kind words everyone! Love u guys!
