Not good to smoke, my Aunt had get surgery in November 2011 and she started back smoking again. She started bleeding so she went to the doctor and they found out she has a bleeding ulcer and the doctor said it came from her smoking. They might have to open her up so they can fix it. Protein shakes : I have tried several different ones the only one that actually taste very good and don't leave a bad after taste it's called "Muscle Milk" it comes in powder form. Mix it with Water NOT milk, they have several different flavors. I get it from GNC store but you can find it at a Health food store, or even a Gym. You could mix in fresh fruit and even Peanut Butter for added protein. Protein Shakes help turns your FAT into MUSCLE so it help with sagging skin. More muscle you have less sag you will have.
