  1. Well if you did a all liquid diet, it will probably get you to where you needed to be. But it is not easy.
  2. He apologized. He said he's going to start a thread for the spouses. lol. Obviously he is having a hard time watching me go thought these hard times and he can't fix the problem with food like the past, so it's a huge adjustment for both of us. I have to give him a few brownie points for being hot/cute.

  10. Hello Mindy, I'm so glad you made this post! I was going to post how much I feel like a failure. I'm almost 1 month and everything I eat or drink taste disgusting. I'm not getting in my Protein shake and I'm barely drinking enough Water. I'm barely getting the flintstones Vitamin down. I can't imagine this getting any better.

  12. Don't be discourage!! Most of us have to go through the 6 months. It really helps you get on the right path of food intake, nutrition and shakes. It really zooms by fast, there is no way to avoid the requirements - do get started ASAP and watch the time fly.

  14. Yes, I took a barium swallow test. I got to look at the monitor asi swilled the stuff to make sure there were no leaks anywhere. And they rolle me back to my room and quickly shot me with nausea medication cause that stuff makes you vomit.
  15. My husband just said if my sister in-law would have the surgery she would get through it with no problems, she would be just fine. I'm insulted because yes, I get sick easy but he has no idea what the surgery is like and what you have to go through. He quickly assume his sister would be fine when she has had no major surgery, burns, kids nothing. I've been sick my whole life, had 3 degree burn ad suffer with pain daily while trying to live a normal life. I'm glad we started that single thread!!!!!
