  1. I read somewhere that I would have to give up caffeine all together. Thank ya'll so much I was just about ready to give it up forever, but now I will continue to enjoy my coffee in the morning.
  2. My insurance does not require a psyc evaluation, but the Doctor does. So I have to go and get my own. I was wondering how long they take hours, days exct... does any one ever get turned down? Any one have a Dr. they saw in the Austin,tx area they can recommend? Thanks for any input.
  3. This fourm is great. I feel like it is better than a support group would be because I can ask what ever and get lots of input. I am waiting on insurance approval, but should come with in a few weeks and then my surgery will be in Oct. I am sure that I will have lot's of questions between now and then. Like did I really read no caffeine? Is that forever and why?
  4. I am wondering how my recovery might be. I have three c-sections and one tube removed. All of these surgerys were real easy to recover from and was wondering how recovery was for any other c-section moms or other abdominal surgery patient?
  5. I had my first appt. with my lap band Dr. yesterday. I have more questions than I did before. I have great insurance and don't have to do the medial supervised diets. So I am kind of on the fast track I think. I should be having my surgry in October. My doctor is Cavazos in San Antonio, Tx. I am really intrested to know what the recovery is like and any other useful information you can tell me. Thanks
