My RNY was on Oct. 15, 2012 I was 276lbs today I am 221lbs and I'm 5'11". I started in a size 20, today I'm in a size 14.... My goal is size 8/10, but a dream would be to get into a size 6.

Hi Everyone an up date on how I'm doing. Had RNY Oct. 15, 2012 276lbs today Dec. 25, 2012 I am 227lbs. I feel great!

Just finished 70 squats!!!

I don't dump from anything, so I'm extra carful to put myself in check. I am determined to get this weight off of me!

This is what I'm hopping will happen to me I'm in a size 12 now, my shoes are feeling loose on me so there might be hope yet.

I stayed in the sauna for 30 min. And then did yoga and 35 squats. After that I stretch...I drank about 1/2 gallon of water while in the sauna. I was having problems getting in my protein I think I'll take it in the sauna too...that will make me drink it. lol

There are drops that you can put in your milk to stop that, or you can switch to soy milk which is what I drink it's good for you and you will get your protein with out the animal fat or mucus that it gives you.

My shoes are already slipping off of me feet.

I'm in a size 16/18 now I weigh 238lbs I'm 5 11' my dream size is 4/6, however I will be so happy in a 8/10 I'm in a size 12 shoe so I want that to go down to a 9/10.
