  1. Good luck all of you!!! You will feel better then you've ever felt! Well, when you heal! Talk it slow !
  2. Walking is the best but you will find yourself getting bored. Just take youre time getting into other exercises. You will find yourself getting Tired very quickly. Remember, you are going to be recovering. It took me probably 3-4 months before I was able to really feel my energy come back for a full workout! It's frustrating at first but it will get better!
  3. Hi, My name is Maria. I'm 24 days to my year out and I've hit a plateau for the past few months. Anyone have any suggestions?
