  3. Glad you pulled trough! Take your meds!
  4. I know your out there!!! NICU nurse right here!
  5. Has anyone else either read the book or attended this class?? Just curious for others reactions and what knowledge they gained.
  6. Totally off subject and I am very happily married but I'm glad there seem to be more men members now to add their point of view and personal stories!
  7. Panda, totally off subject but luvin the new profile pic! Looking good! You can totally tell!
  8. I agree! Close the thread! Only opinion that matters is your own! Vamp, well said.
  9. John, I would cut the carbonation and caffiene out now so you don't miss it later. I haven't had soda in months and only rarely have caffeine in my tea at work. It does make a difference. I'm so happy for those who have dates. And jealous! But mine is coming
  10. Hopefully it's just your body adapting but I would keep on the docs about it. You know your body better than anyone else.
  11. For something different, you can also make vegetable beef and strain it. Homemade definitely has less salt.
  12. I too am a failed lapband and no one wants to hear that! I have since decided that it wasn't the tool I needed to be completely successful. Definitely came to the right place. The stories of failed bands is plenty and you are not alone. Welcome and good luck!
  13. Turning in my psych eval this morning but doubt I will have my date Thursday. Although maybe she will schedule without approval
  14. Welcome to the forum!
  15. 1. Riding the roller coasters or a zip line 2. Shopping and not worrying if it's in my size. Especially if it's someplace I never go! 3. Living a long healthy life with my husband and seeing my grandkids grow up
  16. They have an app too! I lurked around on it for a while since I was trying to decide which direction to go.
  17. I agree with mamma79. Try a body wash with a moisturizing additive like aveno oatmeal. Now that the meds are done it sure clear right up
  18. Just wondering if I will ever have thighs that don't rub together??? I have chuncky legs and am curious if it's possible. I really don't want flabby thighs but if they don't rub....
  19. For those who have revised or will be, did any one have to repeat the psychology testing? Just wondering. I was banded in 2008 and am hoping that's not too long ago for my bc/bs insurance. The surgeon wasn't sure either. It's not like I'm worried that I will be deemed crazy this time (although there are days!) I'm just trying to plan ahead. I had to switch programs and that evaluation must have some top secret information since I'm having some difficulty in getting it transferred with the rest of my file
  20. My husband and daughter love this. They have done it for years! Good advice Vamp about the sugars. I track my foods and noticed my app doesn't account for natural sugars only added sugars. Makes a world of difference
  21. Support from a spouse makes a world of difference!
