  1. Congrats on finally getting approved losingit!
  2. Please make sure the gummies have iron. I chose 1 that did not and had to take iron supplements to boost. I recently found a woman's 1 a day petite that I can handle.
  3. Good luck losing! I called insurance today and none of information they had was right. Prolly why I was denied! Second call was a message to surgeon to figure out what's up. Sometimes I wonder whose working at the insurance company
  4. I think that would be worse, having a date then losing it. I'm glad we haven't done that! Progress forward is my mantra!
  5. Yeah, I'm not taking no for an answer! I saw the doctor yesterday and she is ready to fight
  6. Panda I'm married and completely agree with you. I have NO doubts in my marriage or my husbands security.
  7. Citracal makes a petite but they are still decent size. Hope the picture helps
  8. Not sure I want to find out! Thanks to the auto correct! I needed to laugh today!
  9. Well ladies, denial #1 completed  But I'm not giving up! Sure smarts though.
  10. It does track your vitamins. It breaks down everything into categories. You can change the calories or any other item but you have to go online to do it. Can't do it from the phone.
  11. Yes. All I am waiting on now is insurance. I had to switch programs because of my insurance. New doctor is great and very supportive of my history and revision. My band is currently unfilled due to the issues I have had with it. My new doc doesn't place bands at all and my old one said he will be stopping.
  12. I am currently 201 and seeking revision too. I don't think you will lose too much since metabolism had changed already from the 1st surgery. I also wouldn't expect to lose large amounts quickly since it's not there to lose. I'm hoping to lose 50-65 pounds if possible. My band is a tool no longer and I now wish I'd had gbp to start but I was too scared. Not any more!!
  13. I too am awaiting approval for the same. Got a letter requesting more information. Hang in there and definitely keep trying!!
  14. They apparently have a Bariatric line too. I have only seen the calcium in stores around me though.
  15. Oic. Mines an hour but I do that daily to work anyway.
  16. I use caltrate petites and I bet they could be crushed. Ask the pharmacist where u get them. That's their job. Also Walmart carries liquid made by welless. I'm going to use that post op. I saw it on another thread and checked it out. It can also be bought online
  17. Just curious but do your programs have support groups? Both of mine do and I have gone to both despite the drive. Again, just wondering.
  18. Walmart has liquid. Brand is welless. Calcium that is
  19. I actually have bc/bs hshs through the hospital where I work. And they better not pull that crap!!! I've already had to change programs because of the contract with my hospital. I'm hoping my situation is different since I'm revising from band to gastric. However, if I have learned nothing else, it is a money game!
  20. Got a letter today asking for more information. It was dated may 30th. At least it's not a denial! I was told not to call cause they might bury it under more paperwork so I'm just being patient, for now anyway!
  21. High dose Bariatric chewable iron tabs. 60 mg each x 3 but that was prescribed. If that hadn't worked I would have had more testing to see what issue was but I responded well and now are in normal range. Took 3 months
  22. I have had borderline anemia. Mine was a result of low iron stores
  23. Submitted may 17th and still waiting for revision approval. But no denial papers so yay!!
