  1. Have you tried any of the fat free cream of Soups? Also all of the Beans are very high in Protein... I'm not sure what stage of your diet you're in but I can remember being tired of cold food and the fat free soups becoming my best friend Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

  6. High Protein diet is linked to heart disease but only because a lot of Proteins are linked to high fat. But since we are to eat lean cuts of meat and skinless meats...low fat dairy and everything else...there goes your factors linking high protein to heart disease out the window. Plus I'm sure they meant over a long period of time. I think we reintroduce carbs somewhere around 6 months....maybe sooner. I can't remember exactly Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

  10. If at all I'd say get out of the house and walk to the corner. Then around the block. A little further each day. Fresh air will do u good. Plus I was told no heating pads...but each bariatric group is different. Swelling is actually a way of your body healing itself naturally Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
  11. I'm top heavy so I've been dropping bra sizes like crazy...my shoulders are narrower and I'm 2 months 5 days out...started size 20 in jeans. Down to 18's but there all to big (falling off too big. I can take em on & off without unfastening or unzipping), ...at the top I was a 22/24 now I'm an 18/20...maybe smaller cuz they fit loose. Bra size was a 44ddd. Down to a 42dd but my boobs fall out of my bra if I bend over so it probably time for a new bra Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
