    I got down to about 185 after surgery from 290. Got pregnant 7 months after, gained 68 lbs, lost 48 after 8 weeks and am now at just 20 to work off...I can do this!!!! GO VSG!

    I look good and feel free from pain but this reflux is killing me...smh, it makes it aweful for me everyday...

      If you are already taking an antacid reliever then you may need something stronger. Ask your doctor. Good luck!

      I think I will definitely ask for something stronger, I take protonix and it doesnt help me at all...thanks.

    I look good and feel free from pain but this reflux is killing me...smh, it makes it awful for me everyday...

      I take Prilosec daily. Night and day difference without it.

      KeeWee I have the same problem. I take protonix twice a day. Even water gives me reflux

    Ok so NOW they tell me with 30 days left that I need to lose 8lbs...before my 6th and final appointment! Any tips for 2lbs per week??

      I lost 14 pounds on the pre surgery 2 week liquid diet. 3-4 protein drinks a day, target was 70 grams protein, 30-50 grams carbs.

      Ok so it doesn't seem so hard now that I've lost 6lbs already since last Monday. I still have 3 weeks to go for my final appointment...I think she'll be proud. I sure am!!
