Hey there. I'm six days post with six incisions. Not a pro on why yours hurt so much, but I do think everyone's pain will differ. My pain was bearable on my third day. I left the hospital after two days and haven't used pain meds since. Your theory sounds highly plausible. It wouldn't be a good idea to just sit around though...the more you walk around the more your body should get used to your new cuts. Good luck
