hunger hormones comes back after surgery
I've been getting hungry sooner than I thought I would. I can eat a whole egg for Breakfast and feel hungry an hour later. I ate a slice of cheese and some turkey lunch meat in between breakfast and lunch. After lunch I haven't been hungry again. I guess I just need to get closer to 500 calories than the 3-4 hundred I have been eating.

I want veggies?
Shhh, don't tell anyone, but I have been eating some canned asparagus tips every once in a while. They are so mushy there is no problem getting them down and even though I prefer fresh they have helped my craving for veggies.

2weeks sleeved and still no energy. Is this normal?
I am 3 weeks out and having the same issue. Showering and dressing and getting downstairs wipes me out not to mention exercising. For a few days I had a burst of energy in the afternoon and walked for 30 min., got some housework done, stuff like that. These last few days is a whole 'nother story. Sigh...

Anyone Else On 4 Week Liquid Diet Pre-Op?
Bless your heart! I had two weeks and it really wasn't that bad. The crunch bars might help a lot. I found warm herby chicken broth really helped with hunger more than cold Protein drinks. I wasn't allowed any Soup, just broth.

Would it be ok to do half my Isopure & Half G2?
I've diluted mine with Water and added a single serve Crystal Light packet to some of them to make them taste better. I like the apple-melon just the way it is, though.
