how many people experience hunger now after surgery and what do you do about it. I suspect if I keep weighing my food and not go over 5 ounces per meal maybe I can keep from getting hungry. I mean the hunger sensations were terrible before surgery. Especially at night I ate most of my food at night so I was a night eater. I'm hoping that doesn't happen again with portion control.
