Great conversation. 12 days on preop liquid I lost 12 pounds. Surgery date weight 246. Day after surgery. 253.!! 10 days out and down to 240. So 6 pounds in almost 2 weeks. I don't expect it to fall off quickly but reading some people's numbers scare me I'm retaining weight. I feel face smaller chest smaller. But I am still swollen. Following everything. Getting enough Protein and Water. So I will continue on plan and hopefully see results soon

It can be done. Had surgery on a wed. Went back to work on Monday. I have a desk job and am the boss so I took it easy no lifting and worked 1/2 day for a coulle of days As long as you have a place to rest if you need to. You won't know if you can till after surgery everyone recovers differently. Good luck.

Today was the day. A huge milestone. 199. I'm excited never thought I would see this number. It has been over 15 years. I feel great and see a healthy future for me.

Today was the same milestone for me. 199.4. I almost screamed. More than 15 years since I seen a one. I know how you feel congrats on the jaccomplishment. Best decision to have the surgery. 58 pounds gone forever.

Congrats. This is taking some adjusting. My 11 year old hugging me all the way around and her hands connecting. People saying I'm getting skinny. Lol. Not yet I have 53 to go!
I was a size 20. I am trying not to purchase to many clothing as I know I am going to lose many more lbs.
I am on this journey to be healthy am happy and this is a great start. Feeling fabulous!

This week I reached a small milestone in my weight loss. Purchasing regular size clothing. Its been 15 years. This journey is only 3 months tomorrow and I feel my body and my mind change. Recovery is goings. Surgery was at 10. Getting rest and then walking. Slept most of the day. The pain is not as bad as I thought it would be. Good luck everyone. I was extremely nervous and it all went smoothly.

The gas pain is the worst. I have been walking and walking. I am finally having small burps. Hopefully that relieves it. Dr said it will subside. Focusing on getting liquids down and Proteins. Not very easy. I'm not hungry at all. Now the healing begins and my new journey

My gas pain is finally subsiding I could have started cream Soups and things today but I waited until tonight to have some sf pudding. Its going down well, I just made myself two ounces...tomorrow ill try cream soups and workin in my protein..ive been able to.get all my Vitamins and things down which is good!

Hi ladies I was sleeved oct 8 everything was smooth but I have major gas pain. I am walking and walking but no relief. 2 nights in hospital. I'm still happy with the decision and am being taken care of well. I am happy to begin this journey. Good luck everyone wishing you all a speedy recovery

I stary my clear liquids tomorrow,.gotta be there at 7 am monday morning.. Looking forward to be able to have broth tomorrow though!

All pre op done today and preregistration for hospital. No looking back. Down 10 pounds on preop. 4 days of this and then my new beginning. Hope I heal fast I want to go back to work soon of work from home.
