Well was supposed to rehearse with the New keyboard guy last night, but because of the storm... we had to cancel it.... Now I am looking at another guy (guitarist) who emailed me from Kijiji... he is local, plays nicely ( i heard his stuff on utube) but he kinda looks a bit sketchy... long -ish hair, kinda unkept... but I was thinkging I;d like to meet him for a coffee anyways to see him in person before I invite him over to play... Don`t want a complete stranger coming to my house right off the bat ya know? You here of all kinds of weird shit on Kijiji and Craigs list... I should be sewing, but can`yt get my ass off the computer long enough!

First of all, JANET WE ARE GLAD you are back!!! Karla, a bear? in WASAGA BEACH? no, but that was funny.... we don`t have any bears around these here parts! We have LOTS of deer, skunks, squirrels.... but no bear or moose... Moose live WAY up north from me... about 3-4 hour drive up north. We woke up today to a FOOT of snow! It was falling all day yesterday, and today, well I am sure LOTS of people stayed home from work. THe snowfall itself is not the problem, as we have awesome truck crews to clear the roads FAST,,,, but its when is comes along WITH wind!!! You desert rats know about the wind eh? well its been blowing 30 mile/hour winds with the snow sqawls so that is the danger... you get WHITE OUTS from the wind... Phyl, you musta heard froom your sisters in Buffalo... it got dumped on too.. worse than us I hear. So I feel like singing Christmas songs now!!! LOL what else is there to do??? Pewter is out shoveling/snow bloowing and Bridget is helping him... I know this cause I can hear her barking her face off outside... she hates the shovel, tries to attach it... SILLY girl, if daddy didn`t shovel paths for her in the backyard she`d be way up past her hiney to pee and poop ( TMI) so she has these trenches to run in... plus she HOPS in the snow to get from place to place.. it is so damn cute!!! wish I had a video Phyl, so to make sure I get this... You wanted to buy a PARK model trailer down there? but EARL thought too much money?B would you then have sold your Aclass??? and just driven back and forth from Seattle to Palm Dessert? Stayed in my jammies all day yesyt. still in ythem now!! its NOON I should be SO assamed. LOL Karla, its o.k. not TMI after youve had surgery... I am glad you pooped too!!!!! Hope it didn`t hurt to much... yikes... now I`m TMI:o Janet; can`t wait to see the picutres... there`ll be great. So glad you had a fabulous vacation.. It must have felt so good toknow that you gave them all those NICE memories forever... You are a special La-La

Morning Ladies! I know its just us 3 but hey WE ARE IMPORTANT!! O.k. small confession, yesterday, Sat. I did not eat well... during the daytime, Coffee ,coffee protien bar, fibre bar... then went to a movie with my GF... I had the smallest bag of popcorn WITH butter ( I considered it my supper) then once home I was craving PROTIEN (a good thing!) So I had some HUmmus and celery, celery was yucky so I switched to Crackers! THen ONE glass of wine... that`s it.. probably 1500 cals, and way too much FAT.... but I did not eat sugary junk... so that is GOOD.. o.k. went back to Sparkpeople and entered my food:1,465/130/85/fat53 protien Didn`t get on the scale this a.m. cause I didnt`sleep good (dah!!!) and I knew I`d be up with all the SALT that I had... so pushing the fluids today. Major Snow/Wind storm last night... Peter was away up north doing a gig in Sudbury (boo-foo-nowhere`s ville) and didn`t get home until 5 a.m. I woke up several times, hearing FUNNY noises... even Bridget woke up... So I grab my FISH BAT, that I keep under the bed and went all around the house, looking for the mysterious boogey-man.... of course there was none... the wind and my imagination got the better of me.. Then I lay in bed thinking, trying to get back tyo sleep... and I`m telling my self... ``Ok, now what kind of robber would go out to steal on thew worst night of the winter snow storm, he`d freeze his ass off... I am sure they only Break&enter in GOOD weather... anything else would just be stupid!!``` with that I was able to go back to sleep. Karla honey, I hope each day that you are feeling better and better... If eating is not of interest, at least get in a protien shake or 2 o.k.?? your body needs the protien to HEAL the TISSUES.... (hugs, hugs, hugs)

O.k. so when you are back in BUff for AUGUAST school reunion we`ll have to get together again, why not plan on taking some extra time and come up to the beach for a week???? talk Earl into it

Oh my gosh Phyl; I am LOL hearing you discribe your new ``wheels`` and Zoey has already found her favorite hidy hole ..... LOL too much. So is the park that big that you can`t walk around in it? WOW, you will enjoy being able to ride around together though... I can just see it.... going toa neighvors wine and cheese and getting a ticket for impared!!!! Ha,ha,ha... Drinking a glass of Blueberry wine (from Petrs Bday) hic, very sweet... yukky rewally, so I`ll have to dispose of it

You are in my thoughts and prayers... Yup, once you are home you will rest much better. I was supposed to go quilting at a friends today.. I called to see what time she wanted me... she was still asleep... Sounded like she had a head cold... so I told her NO I was NOT coming... crap I go away in a couple weeks, and I dont`want to be haveing a head cold or sinus to ruin my cruise!! She sounded disappointed , but TOO BAD!! PLus, If I get sick I can`t go in to see my MOM for 2 weeks.... I just gotta look after myself. Phyl; Hey the golf cart looks cool.... is this for you 2 to motor around in your park? I don`t get it? Does Earl Golf? Well on the music front; we are done with John. We are trying out a new Player on SUnday... he plays keyboards and Sax... I hope that this works out.... he is supposed to be a good musician and not a Drama Queen. I have all these gigs lined up and dont`want to cancel any of them.... cross your fingers for ME!!! Weight loss, good!!! Lost 2 more lbs this week, I am now 178.... 3 lbs from when my Daughter got married last Oct.... Once I break 175 I`ll be REALLY on my way... I`ve not been posting my Spark people totals... but I am still tracking daily... Havn`t heard anything from JANET, OR LINDA. I know Janet is having FUN, and I hope that Linda is not working too hard. May have to CUT John from the Jazz Trio... he's been incomunicado for 2 weeks!!! No explanation, nothing... and I've got GIGs booked in DEC...!!! Hi Karla, Phyl, Janet, Linda & others if they read us! Great day today, shopping and visiting with my MOM. I re-arranged her whole closet for her... making it easier to grab clothes that match and are easy to get in and out of .... She fell asleep right after lunch, so I just watchec TV until she woke up... she is so funny.... nods off in mid sentance now... Then, picked up my GF back at the mall, and then we went gambling... what a waste of TIme and MONEY that was!!! Oh well, Karla, tomorrows your big day. Hi Girls, back from my weekend!... It was a wine tasting party at my GF Colleen`s... totally fun!! And guess what? I won the contest for the best tasting WINE!!! Whoo-h00o:lol: Food though yesterday was: Protiens Shake for Breaky Coffee, Coffee 1/2 A kids size hamberger from McDonalds( gave Bridget the bun) and Peter the other 1/2 Super was 1/2 Turkey burger, patty only with a little mustard then, wine,wine, wine, wine.... cheese and crackers, pate, low fat meatballs(I brought them) Salmon & Cheese spread..... it was a POT LUCK of appetizers to go with the Wine tasting Party... Really fun, lost count of the appetizers, but I DID NOT Eat any of the DESSERTS!! I pulled a Janet, I walked right up to the Cookies, bars, squares and said to them `` I am NOT eating any of you, you are rotten and bitter and I hate you!``` it felt good, now my Dh was kinda looking at me funny..... Stayed up way too late singing Karaoke with the girls, but was fun and so good to see all my old buddies from my Last House Town. Slept in a wee bit today, and then drove home. Food today, 1 Egg, 2 Bacon, coffee, Chicken soup, crackers, 3 chicken nuggets(jerky) and coffee.... cals so far today....817 but I have snacks left... probably Choc pudding with cool whip. Phyl, I loved the pictures of Jacque... she is lucky to have such a good friend like you:D So the boys are out pheasant hunting, how gets to clean them? Would sure make a nice meal though:) Karla, glad you are getting yourself prepped for TUESDAY... you`ll be in good hands.... we`re all praying for you and a speedy recovery. I know the weight lifting restrictions SUCK, but its all for the good of the surgery results... HI there folks, woke up and went to the gym this a.m. did 1 1/2 miles at a 2% incline speed at 3.2 mph.... met up with an old friend, she called me the other day and said that her DOCTOR ordered her to the gym.... would Ì`go with her.... Then we drove to Dr. Bernstein so she c ould get weighed in.... then we went for a Latte, bowl of soup..... I just got home. Miraculously, I expect to get right back tonto LBT... but oh this crappy site is still here..... BLECHT... has Janet left yet? PHyl, you seem to be adapting to this new site beytter than I.... Sorry, I know its only been 4 days.... but I really don`t like this new format....

o.k. I`m on here but this sucks, from what I`ve seen so far..... but I`ll bitch about that later Had a great day today, went with my buddy to get our preXmas Pick me ups.... hee,hee.... then went to Costco, more shopping, lunch at Swiss Chalet... legal clean eating!!! Then we went to the mall... I tried on some ACTUAL NICE CLOTHES.... whoo-hoo.... looked fab in a 16 it was a tad big, but the 14 was a no go... It was a black and purple metalic dress.... then there was this Leather jacket to go over it.... oh to die for... but a lot of money, and I donn`t wantt to spend it right now with Xmas coming, and my cruise... really I have enough in my closet already that will be CRUISABLE wear... so showed some restraint. BUT, after I lose some more weight.... oooooooh look out stores!!! I did buy an UNDERGARMENT today, 25percent off for a crotch to armpit coverage.... XL I havn`t tried it on yet but what the hell they stretch right LOL Prot. shake for dinner, apple crisp later.... tally today under 1000 I HATE THIS NEW SITWE!!!!!!
