      I totally understand Betty_S! I use to hang everything for fear of shrinking. Now I'm washing with hot water + the dryer hoping that they shrink.

    Don't know what happened this morning, but I had a near total embarassing moment this morning at work! I was running to the restroom, tight, and sweating, praying that I would make it in a stall before an explosion (TMI). Well, I made it in the stall, but it was too late. What was that?!? I thought that only happened to people that get the RnY! Luckily I live close to work and left, showered, and returned. Real Bad :(

      Could be the cauliflower and broccoli...both of those make me VERY gassy.Maybe you tummy is not ready for the new foods you've introduced. Glad you live near your job and were able to go home and get fresh clothes!

      ITA BladeFox! I ate egg drop soup almost daily during the full liquid stage...sometimes twice a day. ;) I found that sesame oil really did make a (positive) difference in taste.

    Back home from surgery yesterday at 1pm. Stopped the drugs because it makes me too drowsy,I feel like I don't need it anyway. Still a bit of gas but not that troublesome. I'm on the liquid plan and next week I'll be on the puréed stage. I cannot trust a poot. I just go straight to the bathroom..uh no (here,hee).

    SUPER NSV! I was a 24 and since then been wearing my clothes making it look like rags draped over my body. I went shopping and realized that I have lost 10 dress sizes!!

      Follow a high protein/low carb diet. Keep your carbs around 20-30 grams and you should be fine.
