  5. pjrugby, I know how you are feeling. I have only lost 22 pounds in 3 months. Just as others have mentioned, it depends on having the proper fill. I did not hear you say anything about exercise. Please note that it plays a part in your weight loss too. As frustrated as you are, it seems like you need to go back and have a conversation with you doctor. Most of all, be encouraged!!! Janice
