Here's a recipe that has a bit of kick to it:
Buffalo chicken salad

Ingredients:
1 large can chicken breast meat
1 tbsp light mayo
2 tbsp 0% unflavored Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light bleu cheese dressing
2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot buffalo wing sauce
Diced onions
A dash of onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper

Optional: very finely diced celery if you are a year out or more. Celery is very stringy and can bother newer pouches! Some plans even prohibit it for life so check yours before using it.

Instructions:

In a bowl, fork shred your chicken chunks (they come out of the can HUGE) and mix them with the onions and celery, if you are using it. In another bowl, mix together all wet ingredients. Taste test and adjust as necessary. Mix your dressing into the chicken and coat it well. Chill for a bit before serving to let the flavors “get acquainted.”

Can be served on a lightly salted rice cake, a multi-grain wrap or simply by itself for a nummy treat!

If you don’t like cold chicken salads, you can also do this as a hot one by nuking it for a few seconds after you’ve mixed everything together.

I usually have about 1 - 1.5 oz sliced deli meat, a babybel light cheese, and a couple of prunes or dried apricots.

I would have some low fat chili (not spicy) or some slices of turkey rolled up. chicken salad with very little low fat mayo and just a tiny bit of cranberry sauce on top. tuna. Check out Emilybites.com and theworldaccordingtoeggface.com both great sites for food ideas for all the stages.

What stage are you on? It would all depend on what you are allowed to eat.
Things I was eating at 4 weeks out: Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, poached and scrambled eggs (mix in some shredded cheese for extra protein), pureed tuna, chicken, salmon, and shrimp. I would puree those with a little bit of olive oil mayo and something flavorful like Sriracha sauce or BBQ Sauce, but it all depends on what you can tolerate.
Dizziness and nausea also sounds like dehydration, are you sure you are getting in all your fluids?
And of course you should check with your dietician/surgeon to let them know of the difficulties you are having. They are the ones who can provide you with expert medical guidance. Best wishes.

One scrambled egg is fine. I can eat two sometimes. I like to use one full egg and the egg white from the second to add to the Protein count without adding a whole egg.

2 weeks, when I started eating pureed dense Protein. During my full liquids, I could have light yogurt and could get down 5.3 oz single cup of greek yogurt with no isses. I can barely eat 2 oz of Protein without feeling like I got socked in the stomach.
I am still working with my sleeve to understand its signals.

They have a 'melt in your mouth' version. I was advised to crush/sprinke anything larger than a tic-tac between day 30 and 90.
But after week 1 I (was a lucky one) had no trouble swallowing ANY pills including the PPI.

I started taking whole 40 mg omeprazole the day after surgery (per my surgeon's instructions) and never had a problem.

Bigbeauty78 how are you doing today? Me much better still nausea on and off...but I am getting around good. Being released from the hospital today. Now drinking Isopure to start my Protein. I am afraid to drink too much.

Surgery went well...felt bad this morning but meds were adjusted and I was good...then exhausted then good again...nausea though when trying to take in Water. Should be going home tomorrow.

Did you get your date? I have surgery Monday the 28. Happy & scared! I'm the first of the day.
