Sleeved on Monday....

When could you swallow your anti reflux medicine? I have omeprazole 40 mg, currently I open the capsule and sprinkle over my crushed ice pop. It's a rather large capsule. Thanks

But after week 1 I (was a lucky one) had no trouble swallowing ANY pills including the PPI.
