How do I add an extra Ticker? Some people have more than one with extra info. When I try to do it all tha happens is it changes the one I have. Does anyone know how to add another one? I am sure I am doing something wrong. Thanks

wellesse.com The liqud vitamins taste great, the calcium with D tastes like an orange dream bar. The multivitamins tastes like fruit punch. the iron is not yummy like the others but is not bad at all, the b12 is kind of like sweet tarts. They do send free samples.

About 3 weeks for me, and I had lots of back pain from laying in the same position. That was one of the worst parts for me.

I am really hoping this page improves, it is just so frustrating! I do not want to come here like before; really sad about that. but since my sleeve I have learned changes can be good. Maybe I was here too much anyway.

I was given a bottle of Pre-surgery soap to wash with the night before surgery and then again in the morning right before surgery to help keep down bacteria and chances of infection. I never heard of not bathing or using deoderant before surgery? This sounds really wrong to me! I would research this. Just sayin????

Stick with liquids, Pedialyte works well, and they make popsicles too.

I also find that certain smells can really make me nauseous, I mean I have to get away from them

I use a Cocktail shaker with ice and shake my protein shakes in it, it is fast easy and makes it very cold! I drink it right from the stainless steel shaker. Easy fast and stays cold a long time! Also travels nice in the car

It has been fairly easy fro me too. I only vomited once and that was because I ate too many noodles and I made myself vomit because of the pain. It is all about learning and we all are different.

Eight weeks today...Forty seven pounds down..Feeling great! Just bought some New Balance walking shoes and I love them walked even farther to day. Dr. Turton saved my life <3

I get the travel packs that you mix in any amount of water stir until it disolves and the water is clear. It has no taste at all and seems to work in less than an hour. I don't over use but if I need to I use it. It beats being miserable.
